help buying a new mobo

right ins cash will be back with me soon and im going to b buying a new mobo for myself ive 2 2.4 p4 chips and looking to build 2 systems one for gaming other for storing my files etc... ( 200 gigs of em ) both i want to have agp x8 support so i have the option for upgrading in future . im hoping to order these in nxt few…

i dont want a via chipset and dont need onboard modems graphics sound r nic .

looking to b using some sort of ddr

also i like to oc computers so if that is allowed on the board i would like it
