Throughbred 1700+

Just a quick question. If I get a Throughbred 1700+ and buy a Monsterous Cooler In theory I can overclock to the level of a 2200+ right ? Of coure ill have to unlock it but we can worry about that later. Thanks Ryo

Its cheaper than the palamino 1700,... i thought thoroughbreds were better?

with something like an slk800 you could get about 2GHz if you have a good board and aren't afraid of throwing a few volts at it, if you get a decent chip that is
Also if you have a kt333 motherboard it comes unlocked i believe , if you have a 266a board you can only get the lower multiplyers , so i hear anyway.
