Have to say that my favourite bosses were in Metal Gear Solid. I hate to refer to a 'recent' game as having the best but afaic they were the most amusing to beat. The Halfllife Bosses were just too confusing. (Excuse my simple-mindedness but I think that that is half the game. Not having to think too seriously about killing the end guy. Fast hands and wits should do it .) Although I loved the end of Silent Hill for the PS. And Bladerunner for the PC. Alternating endings make me very excited !
