Half Life Reconfig

    Got a mail from Spoonman about the Half-Life TFC settings....

    ---Cut---

    The server feels great, just some settings that need to be adjusted
    for TFC to bring it up to spec:

    mp_fraglimit 200 (110 is too low, its very easy get silly scores in
    tfc)

    mp_timelimit 20 (30 is too long.. zzzz )

    maxclients 16 (you need at least 8 per team with all them classes to
    choose from)

    maplist - take hunted.bsp off the map rotation its a very unpopular map.

    OK friendly fire is on try setting mp_teamplay 21 , tfc cant be played
    with friendly fire, theirs too many muppets about.
