Ok,

You need to get the kali client for win9x, from - http://www.kali.ie/ftp/k95_ign.exe

Install this and connect to kali. Its pretty much automatic. When installing, let it search your HD for SC. Dont worry it doesnt do anything bold on you. Once on the Kali Chat channel, just launch your SC from the SC Kali Icon.

Go to Multiplayer and connect using IPX games. And there you have it.
