If anyone here has Esat DSL, can you tell me when you were billed, both for installation, and for your quarterly connection fee?

I have ESAt DSL for about 6 months now at work and we have not been billed yet for anything. Although as we were on their original trial in Limerick I am not sure if we will be billed for installation.
