I hope that Rattus Hibernicus gets no ideas from This article in the REG Now substitute 1. Demon for ESAT 2. BT for Eircom and say loudly and repeatedly Nahhhhhhhhh......That could never happen here, especially 6KM out form the exchange, M

1: Eircom would never look into a customer's problem.

2: Eircom would never respond to the press.

3: Eircom does nothing as "a matter of urgency" apart from fiddle with share allocations and prices.

4: Eircom got all its ideas from what BT was doing 5 years ago.
