Except for the minor fact that CPW gave extended warranties on all their bill phones free of charge. They didn't hassle people about it, they gave it automatically. As they did in Ireland.

They've stopped it recently because people were using that, and the '3 times for repair under warranty and we'll replace it' clause to get, what essentially, were free upgrades!
