phrase sampler / looper / sequencer

I'm not sure what the **** you call them, but I need one. I got a boss gt-6 and its my best friend but it has no sampler. I was thinkning of the red boss one with the two pedals but i got about a hundred and fifty only, any recommendations?

Are you talking about a pedal for your guitar or an actual sequencer?

I have a great wee thing - Zoom sampletrack ST-224. It has audio in recordable onto flash card I think it is, 8 pads for you to hit at your leisure to record onto a song or rerecord into itself with effects (reverb, delay, pitch shift -very handy- and quite a bit more). It wasn't extremely expensive either. Could be used live too.
