Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Home & Away set destroyed by fires

    http://www.rte.ie/ace/2002/1205/homeandaway.html

An area of bushland used to portray the caravan park in Australian soap 'Home And Away' has been destroyed by the Sydney bush fires.

The show's Executive Producer says the fires have claimed bushland on the Jackaroo Ranch at Annangrove in Sydney's north-west.

The site has been used for 15 years to film some of the soap's main scenes.

Sources say there is nothing remaining of the caravan park. The roof of the Sutherland family home has collapsed and other parts of the house have also been damaged.

Note none of the actors died, so do all the storms and fires to hit the bay destorying the diner and shop yet no one gets hurt therefore Home and Away is realistic????????????

The bad news is that Home and Away is filmed 4 months ahead of broadcast so chances are there will be no break due to the fire.
