'Allocating Bandwidth' question.

I like to download the odd tune from Kazaa whilst I'm browsing. The problem is that when I use the browser it seems to pull all the bandwidth from the music file I'm downloading.

So what I'd like to know is, is there a way (or program) to tell the computer to CONSTANTLY give 75% of available bandwidth to kazaa and 25% for browsing purposes?

    Thanks!

kazaa itself has a bandwidth limiter built in. just set it to the amount of bandwidth you want. its in the advanced tab in the options.

the min. bandwidth setting seems a little high (24 kbps). I'm lookin for a program specific bandwidth limiter... i'll report back if i get lucky :/
