Dreamweaver 4 page sizes?

I'm trying to resize a page in dreamweaver but all it does is simply make the window smaller but allowing the user to click maximise and its full screen. I'm looking for a pop up type window, with no tool bar simply the content and a scroll bar. Is there anywhere in dreamweaver I can do this? Thanks Kegan5

`Yes In behaviours then click on open browser window put it to the correct size and your done
