Buffalo AirStation PCI Adaptor
£22 quid ex vat and shipping.. from dabs.com
I am sure there are cheaper elsewhere but they do exist.

This is used to connect a wireless LAN PCMCIA card to the PCI bus..

It works for most other things like PCMCIA modems and CF cards .etc (I have one in my tower)
