Cool place & cool people that run it. Ya never know who's gonna walk thought that door and pick up a guitar and play. The only place I know that run's regular free acoustic nights on Thursdays and now on Wednesdays I hear. People who have played in the past are, Steve Wall, Mundy, Paddy Casey and many more.

Come people don't be all cynical, music is about more then what you yourself personally like and listen to.
Be different not the same as all the rest make up your own mind about music. Go out and listen to some on your own doorstep.

To create an open forum for people who visit the Da2 site, and wish to comment on their experiences, good bad or indifferent.

Plus on a personal note Da2 is a hole of a dive of a kip.

Personal 'notes' aside - when you open your own music venue, then you may have ammunition to sling mud. As soon it opens, give me a call and I'll start taking you seriously.

I'd suggest, if you're going to create this board, NOT to call it Da2, Dublin's Premier Live Acoustic Venue, but instead to just call it Da2 ... the rest of the name sounds like favouritism on the part of Boards.ie, and "we can't be havin' that, lads"

Wools, we discussed this. I made you an offer of a cheap Commercial Interaction board because in the end of the day you are a commercial outfit... I'm sure you didnt beg or steal your equipment so I dont see why we should support you for free.

hello!
I just wanted to say that I have had a log in to BOARDS.ie for the past year or so. However when I went to log on to the site it wasn't recognising the login I've used for the past year.
Which is why it looks as if the login was only created then.
Normally I go onto the PhantomFm message board, but as I frequent DA2 quite often for a chance I wanted to put something under this thread when I saw it. That's all. I exist and I'm not the guy who started the message board.
