Last night, Kurt Angle showed us that W inn WWE championship still stands for wrestling....
We saw Mr Ego regain his title in a violent 2 out of 3 falls match...
Aswell as the best womens title match to date.

Armageddon 2002, the last PPV of this year. After a extreme mixture of very good, and very very poor shows the WWE ends its Pay per view callender this year with a very middle of the road event. Once again they focused on the E in WWE, more thne the W. But there was some parts that made it worth while. Mabey not worth the euro21.99, but the cost split with a friend, I believe to be exceptably good value.

    Opening Match.
World Tag team Championship Fatal Four way
Regal and Storm V Booker T and Goldust V Dudley Boys V (champions)Christian and Jericho
The match began very very slowly, nothing special. They kept the pase moving with numerous tags, and each man must have been in the ring at least once after the first minute. Golddust and Buh Buh Ray attempted a elbowing head grabbing crotch thing combo, which was funnty, but when you think about it, very lame. the Dudleys were not on form. Hence being eliminated first, and very early into the match, by a Lance storm top rope leg drop as Buh Buh attemped to pin Regal. The Buh Buh/Storm pin was a total mess up, as neither mens shoulders were on the mat. But about 30 seconds later, Storm was eliminated out of the blue. With Booker and Goldie left, Jericho and Christian uped the level of wrestling, tho nothing spectacular happned. After a million close falls, and everyones finisher, Christian was crotched on the top rope, and attemped to hit Booker with a title belt. However golddust interviened. Booker t scored a Book end on Jericho after a missed lion sault. The new tag team champions left the ring in celebration.

    Kane V Batista
This match was very lame, and thankfully very very short. Ric Flair, had to make an ass of himself running around the ring touching his chest. Batistia obviously continued his winning streak and bet Kane with his power Tiger bomb.

    Edge V A-Train
This match was about as interesting as The batista/Kane one. Albert was ok, Edge I have to say was very poor. Albert scored a Baldo bomb, but Edge kicked out and got a spear, which Albert also kicked out of. Getting very pent up, Albert, no no sorry... A-train, left teh ring and got a steal chair, which didnt take its time in being used.A-train tapped Edge in the leg with the chair., and the matched ended in a disqualification. Fair dues to Edge as he drop kicks the chair back in to A, and floors him with a CZW stylee chair shot to the head! Ouch... Edge leaves the ring with a psychotic look in his eye.

    Dawn Marie/Torrie Wilson HLA incident
I know Im going to get given out to for this, and I know that porn is readly avaliable on other channels, and this had nothing to do with wrestling. But I have to say I enjoyed it. :) Im not gonna comment on it too much just incase we have younger members on the boards. Im sure you can dowl load it off Kazaa already...

    Womens Tripple Treat Championship match
    Trish V Jacquiline V (champion)Victoria
This was by far the best WWE, or any American, and I stress AMERICAN, womens wrestling match. The psysics of the tripple treat match were used perfectly, as two were sparing, the other was resting, and when the time came, broke up the pin fall. Jackie showed off with some impressive Martial arts and quickness. Her stranght is amazing, seen as she is only 5'1". Trish attempted a Stratus faction but was sent into a double back body drop, Victoria milled around the ring for a while as Trish and jackie exchanged blows. Although this was yet another short match, it proved most entertaining. The womens devision, and once again I stress WOMENS DEVISION not HLA devision. Trish had the match won, but Victoria hit her in the face with the belt, which strangley, was right in front of the ref. But she scored the pin fall, aswell as Trishes Red cowboy hat, and left the ring with her title belt in hand.

Kurt Angle(with Brock Lesner) V Big Show(with Paul Heyman)
This was by far the best match of the night. Show actually used size and weight very well. He savaged Kurt for the first part of the match throwing him in and out of the ring single handedly. Angle was getting the odd few moves in for the first part of the match, but when Show switched the motion, the pase did not slow down. This was by far Big shows best preformance since backlash 1999. The crowd were soldidly behind Angle, and chears of lets go angle were soon over shadowed by chants WE WANT BROCK, when Show knocked over the ref. Heyman threw a cahir into the ring, which Angle got to first, show punched it away but took it too the head. The ref almost counted the pin fall, but Angle kicked out of the Show stopper (can we call it that any more?) Angle mustered up an Angle slam out of no where. Show kikcked out however. Angle screamed, as did the crowd, as he signaled for the ankle lock. Big show rolle, YES... ROLLED out of it 3 times, countantly kicking Angle off, but at every oppertunity, Angle locked it back on him again. Show knocked Angle down, and When the ref was down, Lesner ran from the back, and did, quite an ugly F-5. Brock left the ring and ran right after Heyman. Angle crawled ovewr show and got the 1... 2... 3... New Cahmpion, and a very very, diserving one at that.

3 stages of Hell match for the Worlds Heavy weight title
    HHH V (champion)HBK Shawn Michaels
    First Fall:
    Street Fight
This was the best fall. It stared off with some trash can action, followed by your typical HHH chair shots. The match goit more interesting as it went on. Worringly HHH was weilding a huge leg plaster. Which Shawn didnt touch for the whole match, as triple H seemed to be limping very badly. HHH set up 2 tables out side the ring, in the typical TLC style. HHH tried a suplex, but it didnt work. They made their way up the ramp. After a quick exchange of some blows, HHh dissaperaed back stage for a while, and brought back a 2 by 4 wrapped in barbed wire. He looked at the beaten HBK and droped the plank to his side wioth out hitting his foe. He walked over to the stage Pyro and set the top of the 2 by 4 on fire. Shawn got the woood of HHh and turned on it on him, which actually resulted in a nasty gash on Hunters face, as well as a nice little blade job. The match went back to the ring where Michaels almost landed the Sweet chin music super kick but missed and soon after escaped form a pedegree attempt, but the second one caught him, as HHH scored the first fall.
    Second fall:
    Cage match
Before the fink had even finished anouncing the second fall, HHH was out of the ring throwing weapons into the ring, he got back in as the cage lowered. The first course of action was splitting open Shawn with a sling shot, and rubbing his face off the mess of the cage. Very early into the match the two found them selves straddeling the top of the cage. Flair returned to ring side, and set up too more tables on the two that had been previously set up from the last fall. Shawn had the chance to throw HHH off but, whould have lost the fall. The fall wasnt very long but Shawn picked up the fall as he frog splashed HHH through a table from the top of the cage to pick up the win.
    Third fall:
    Ladder Match
This favored Shawn, but unfortunitly I fell asleep for the end of this match, no joke :) ! But what I remember was Flair being carried from the ring covered in blood, and Hunter finally pushing shawn off the top of the ladder out of the ring through all of the tables bar one. He climbed to the top as a motionless HBK lay outside the ring, HHH seized the belt and was crowned the new World Champion as the PPV went off the air, HHH held the 20lb gold belt over his head.
