Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

how about adding a bit of text underneath people's avatars saying whether they are offline or online. I saw it on a few boards there yesterday, thought it was a good idea. how about a link to the search page from the index. Theres none at the moment!

Actually there is. There is a lot here already that I keep seeing and noticing. That one is one of them.

See the V to the left of profile down there

If that V is yellow the person is online, if not - then not.

there's a search option when you get into the forums. How often do you search for something before looking at any of the boards? If you do it a lot would you not just bookmark the search page.

the thing is i use the search facility ALLOT and if i was at my pc it wouldnt be a problem as boards.ie is usually always open, however i do use other pc's allot and it is quite inconvienent to have to go into a forum to search.

Oooh how about a link to the member pages also. The one up ^ there is for the members that exist on boards - not the member spaces.

The reason I say this is because I use a browser that cannot show the drop down menu. It would be handy to have the http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/ link somewhere on the front page too. But yea, I can always use my "Hotlist" :cool:
