There have been a few posts made about Meteor here which allege unproven things about the company.

I'd ask people not to speculate as officially we are responsible for what you say and there already have been legal approachs to us to have posts removed. We've complied because basically the posts were actionable and ill-founded.

I'd ask people to not speculate without cold hard facts about Meteor.

    Thank you.

    DeV.

The same logic applies to all comments about other telco's mentioned on Boards. The initial query was just a request for information. I was not speculating regarding Hutchinson as I have read this before and within the industry this has been bated around. It would seem a logical move as H3G needs to establish a presence in Ireland and is unlikely to purchase Vodafone or O2.

Unfortunately, i dont know the ins and outs of the legal side, but in lay mans terms, they provide a service, and are responsible (ie liable) for maintaing and moderating said service.

Isnt the server in Ireland?? I thought it was, Dual pIII 966 or something if memory serves (which it probably doesnt)
