what is the story with installing games on NT machines?
i have dungeon keeper2 and age of empires 2 here
dk2 says it wont install on NT and aoe2 keeps failing wgile trying to write a specific file and says the hard drive is full...which it isnt.
is there any easy way of getting games installed, with a patch or something, or if not does any1 know of any gaes that are NT compatible.
running NT$ with service pak 4 i think
    cheers

A lot of games just won't install on NT.

Games I've found to be NT compatible (NT 4.0, SP4 & 5) are:
    Quake 1, 2
    Unreal Tournament
    Halflife

They always crash at the cd check, Dungeon keeper 2 needs D3D to run and NT dose not have a high enough version, I had the same problem with UT until I "patched" it

AOK needs directx 7. Get that installed on NT and I'll shake your hand. Only your hand mind.

Directx 7 will not work on NT with some reg editing
