    Dont think any one else know 'how' to setup the actual Hub.

    Err, its easy as falling off a log.

    Ill set one up tonight if theres demand. It would be a LOT nicer to have it hosted on a non-residential PC though (i.e. Longer uptime.)

    I have set up a trial hub to see how heavy it is on bandwidth. Haven't gotten my static ip yet from Eircom but should have it soon.

    Anybody who wants to connect to the hub say so here or pm me on irc and ill give you ip username and pw.

    Using DC++, to put in the username / password do you select "Socks IP" and use that username / password? Or something else?

    Then do you hit the 'refresh' button on the public hubs list right?

    No, go to file-> settings -> Enter in your nick in the nick field. then manual connect to ip i gave you and it will ask you for pw.

    i have a static ip address and about 200gigs of files whick i would be willing to share and setup a server on a p100mhz 192mb ram on 24/7 its all setup but i was having problems with hackers so i am transfering to linux so when thats done ill set it up.but whats the story with the hub is it up or what??
