Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there a way of ftp'ing into the member pages?

I have a file that stupidly has a space in the filename and I can't delete it or rename it. I thought if I ftp'd in I would be able to do it manually.

If there is - what is the ftp destination?

I was able to rename, but not delete files with spaces in their names (so I renamed then deleted).
