Video Camera to VCD

Right, my TV card should be arriving Monday. Iv got a Digital Video Camera by Samsung, and want to know what programs i should be using to get the Video i record on the video camera, onto VCD for use on me DVD player. The Tv-card supports what i want, and teh DVD player supports VCD, so no worries there.
