    Yeah they're both owned by BT but are separate entities. Surely BT couldn't be held liable for Denis O'Briens dodgy dealings? Won't he be the one liable, seeing as he did the bribing? (Allegedly)

    That would be the next courtcase. the one where BT sue O'Brien and Desmond for selling them a pup.

    That depends entirely on Moriarty and his'findings' along with the Orange suit and the results thereof.

    Orange have been most litigous in the past......remember how they sued the ODTR after Meteor won what they considered to be their licence.
