Do temporary workers have the same rights as permanent employees? I have been working in a temporary post for 7/8 months - I have an annual subscription coming due- Should I try and get the company to pay it?

Depends on what contract you've signed, if any. And if you're part of a union and what their policy is on contractors/temporary workers.
