    Well for what its worth here`s my 5 cent worth.

    XP sevice pack 1
    AMD Tbird 1.33
    512 DDR 2100 ram
    Gforce 2 gts 32 meg.
    120 + 40 gig HD`s.
    5 port PCI hub
    19" flat screen crt.
    LCD temp display
    Sound blaster live
    Microsoft 5 button mouse
    400W psu
    16X DVD drive
    40/12/48 lite on bruner, will be over clocking it to 48 write when i get a floppy.
    And yeah thats right i dont have a floppy drive. The baby destroyed 5 of them on me already.

    And a partridge in a pear tree.

    Because it cheaper! Especially when you consider the Dell has a non standard case/motherboard/and psu connector. So you'd have to change all three at the same time. Probably have to chnage the ram at the same time too. Easier and cheaper to buy a PowerLeap adapter no? Also if this isn't a 370 socket board then you gain that by adding the poerleap and you also gain tualatin support. Gives you a lot more options. Incidentally the tualatin celerons are a great budget buy for this kind of a machine.
