Hmmm.... seems i eat better than most of ye :P

Lets see: Tuna & Pasta bake (the cheap way)

1 tin tuna (in brine) - drained.
    1 cup-a-soup mushroom flavor
    little bit o pasta
1 packet crisps (smoky bacon or cheese & onion)
    some grated cheese
    1/2 slices of bread.

    Cook the pasta.

Make up the soup to a real thickness - like one third a mug of boiling water to one sachet.
Mix in a bowl with the tuna.
    Add the pasta (once cooked).

    crush the crips.
    break bread into little bits
mix crisps, break and cheese --> topping!

    Put topping onto tuna/soup/pasta mix

Throw into the microwave for 1 min
Then throw until the grill until the cheese is all melty.

It's very very very very yummy.

First get a chicken cuppa soup, and throw a few potatoes, rashers, and random vegetables in it for some stewy type starter. Then make some chips from the remaining potatoes, and grate some cheese on them, with ketchup to taste, and a side of egg noodles and pasta, with ketchup on them.

first of all go around some place fancy like marks'n'sparks or sth than head off to tescos for their dirt cheap imported don't ask whats really init allternative,
like you can get these pizza's that are basically cardboard with a wipe of red paint and a covering what looks like a finger full of dead skin, but cover with rashers, tuna, cheese and sauses/spices and you get a quality meal...or my other fave egg fried rice with bits of about two rashers and a tin of peas juice and all tossed into a pot heated up and with a spoon. If its green in colour and sticks together you've made it well!!
