    New doctor goes around the hospital wards for the elderly with the matron. He notices that the elderly men are given a cuppa and a tablet last thing at night.
    He asks the matron what is in the cuppa - she replies its a cup of cocoa.
    He asks the matron what the tablet is - she replies its viagra.
    He asked the matron whats the point in giving the patients cocoa and viagra? She replies the cocoa helps them sleep and the viagra stops them from rolling out of the bed
