Holy Ghost Fathers take a break from organising the Ballroom of Romance club to warm up for the fast approaching launch of their debut album 'Cock of the walk'. Using Banjo and Theremin as guitars cranked up to 11 the Fathers combine elements of garage rock, bluegrass, alt country and post rock. They have been compared the the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, The Dirty Three and 16 Horsepower.

The HGF have also invited down some friends from Belfast to play:

Yakuza play noisey experimental rock that has been compared to ..And you shall know us by the Trail of Dead, Sonic Youth and Kyuss and count former Melody Maker journalist Everet True as a fan. They recently release an excellent split 7" with Scottish Band Mercury Tilt Switch

Blind Eye View are a Belfast based rock act who have been compared to Superchunk and Jeff Buckley. They are plugging their recently released 'Perfume' E.P. as part of a Tour of Ireland and Scotland.
