ADSLnow website slated by dial-up community

not sure if this has been posted but i found this while registering on http://www.adslnow.ie/news.php

'Contributors to the Irish Bulletin board give negative reviews to new site.

In the two weeks since going live the ADSLnow! website appears not to have impressed the Irish dial-up community. In a series of articles posted to Boards.ie contributors have commented on the confusing cost comparisons with ISDN and that prices are quoted ex-Vat. One commentator stated that ADSLnow! were a new breed of middlemen hoping to make a few bob out of adsl.

Commenting on the issues raised, Seán Lynam, Account Manager with ADSLnow stated "it is not our intention to mislead the visitor about pricing and we will ensure that VAT rate is clearly displayed on the site. And yes we are middlemen but we are not marking up our services and you will be charged the same as if you contact EsatBT direct on 1800 924 924"'
