Anyone got a damaged optical mouse?

If anyone has steped on or otherwise damaged their optical mouse and is on the verge of chucking it, can you give it to me please. Perferred choices would be an ms explorer V3 or dual optical logitech but any optical mouse would do. I want to take the guts out and replace the trackball on my joystick with the optical mouse…

I want to take the guts out and replace the trackball on my joystick with the optical mouse workings so that the Stick will work in DX8 and DX9.
