How would you rate your local??? Keep in mind the quality of the pint, comfort, staff etc.... give it marks out of 10, and name the pub in question!!!

    Inn Moderation, Athboy, Co. Meath:
Quality of the pint - 9/10
    comfort - 9/10
staff - tough one, a few nice one's but some haggard bitches in there too. I'll give 7/10
Total: 8/10, nice place, owner is well sound and you get some good talent in there too, but the fact that it has some ratty staff tends to detract from it. Great Guinness in there though!!!

The Cosy Corner, Athboy, Co. Meath:
Quality of the pint - 8/10
    comfort - 7/10
    staff - 9/10
total: a good 8/10. The fact that they are still serving at about 3am in the morning, when the doors and windows are closed is a serious plus-point. Have gotten rat-arsed in there at all hours in the past!!! And one of the bar-maids is seriously fit, and good craic too.

    Dorans, Athboy, Co. Meath:
Quality of the pint - 9/10
comfort - varies from 10/10 if you get one of the cool couches to 2/10 if you're standing amongst the crowd.
staff - 5/10, not good but not bad. The place is managed by Graham Geraghty from the meath gaa team, and he's ok (as is his missus), but the rest of them are a little....wooden.
total: I'll give this an 8/10. The 9/10 for the quality of the pint is only cuz I drink Bulmers in here and thats gooood every time. Lotsa live bands play in here too, have seen Electric Lemon and Thin as Lizzy in here a couple of times. Good jukebox, plenty o'metal on it, which is a rarity for a town like mine. Best bargaining point for Dorans though is the unbelievable amount of fit birds that go there, its staggering. Definitely a place for the eye-candy.
