    Hi,
    Does anybody know anything about product keys for Tivoli's IT Director, I am doing a project on it - just have to install it on a server and a few clients but the product key I have does not work. I told my project manager that I had installed it long ago, but I didin't and now I can't admit that I didn't.

    Or does anybody know anything about Tivoli??
    It is asking for a full function server key, which I'm presuming is the producy key - is it?

    Help greatly appreciated -

    What I really want to know 'is a full function server key the same thing as a product key??

    I have the key to the thing already - it jsut won't work - got no time to mail support.
    Need to show project on Monday.
