I am in the process of subscribing to SKY (did I already say that.....deja vu!?!). I have phoned the installer and he ordered a SKY sub card for me. 3 weeks later and nothing, I phoned him back and he claims that the order has gone into the system but there are delays in getting them dispatched from SKY. If it has not arrived ask him to order a duplicate and check the address details (sometimes they get lost in the translation). There are no despatch delays as far as I know at present.

I see no reason why, cards I have ordered have been arriving on time.
