Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

WHOA, REALLY? Jesus. I hope this is a troll because its disturbing to think someone could actually be this stupid.

United can win yes. Are they in the driving seat? No. Arsenal are several points ahead, and assuming no slip-ups beforehand, will go into the Utd match not needing to win to win the title. Meaning they'd have the upperhand. Aka, be in the driving seat.

This isn't a point for arguing, its simple maths. 53 points is greater than a potential 50 points. Is that hard to understand ?

On the point of who's hands the league is in, it still has to be Arsenal, they are ahead of United, more points, more goals etc. If they play like they did in the firsr 20 minutes again United then they could whip us but their defence is still creaky.

Utd V Arse is a big game but one game will not decide this league

Wow, i am in total agreement with all points of yops last post. :)

Something tells me that the league will not be won or lost on a single game. Both teams still have to play lots of relegation teams and even mid-table teams playing for nothing can suprise.

As to whos hands the league is in, Its arsenal. All they have to do is win all thier games, even allow for a draw against utd.
Uni'eh MUST beat Arsenal away and THEN win all thier games while at the same time hoping that they score more than arsenal.

having said that, it could be either team and hey, the broons arent out of it yet.

One thing that made me laugh about last night was that i thought dudek played very very well. It shows what a ****e manager houlier is that it takes a serious injury to make him play his best keeper. On the bright side, maybe they might start winning a bit and the idiot will be allowed stay.

I know we didnt finish any of them but you have to ask yourself how liverpool created so many 1 on 1s.....arse's defence isnt solid by any means - diouf seemed to cause cole a few problems and heskey won a lot of balls against Cygan - thought heskey played one of his best games for liverpool-altho it's v.frustrating watching the ball being hoofed up to him, i thought the boy done good! - great header to level it!

Liverpool deserved a point last night. Prolly one of the best performances I've seen this season from them. They were up for it. The crowd were amazing too.....wish i was there.

Really, thank **** I'm not a Liverpool fan, if that was there best game, I would hate to see them at their worst.

They were sloppy, irractic and had v.little composure as a team

(excuse the spelling, have not used those words in a small while!)

I do not think they deserved that point, not by a long shot a decision which no one is really too sure about led to a goal which was the result of terrible defending.

But i'll take nothing away from the header it was a peach and Heskey deserved it, but as a team they did not.

Liverpool looked like a bunch of old grannies running for the bus up front.

Long ball, long ball, terrible pass....... to long ball and so on, so bloody predictable its unreal and you can spot this a mile off when they are surging forward how you might ask? because everyone is marked Arsenal knew which way they were going to pass the ball, how and to who.

They desperately need a talented play maker in the squad who has consistency.

A talented player like ... hamann maybe? The team has suffered so much without him. He brings that bit of stability and level headedness that's required of premiership football. Also why the heck does Houllier not buy some wingers. It's quite a no brainer, maybe cos he's such a stingy w**k hmmm... couldn't be bothered, let's put heskey on the left and diouf on the right, that'll keep the suits happy.

Don't kid yourselves lads, we're still going to win this title :)

Even the most optimistic Pool fan can't still believe they're going to win the title. So keep your club pride, I'll raise a pint to ye when Viera raises the trophy

Wan the Gunners, you deserved better from that one. But you have only your $"(£& finishing to blame lads :/
