VGA - to - composite

I assume some sort of ramdac/machine settings are needed to do this? Does scart work on RGB? If the v-freq and h-freq wwere locked to the specs of PAL/NTSC it should br grand right?

Just one thing; the video card must support interlaced output. nVidia cards don't.

I might have an old cirrus logic PCi card knocking about....afaik the Gl5434 did interlaced modes....
