Can anyone recommend a network downtime report manager? Showing reasons for outage and charts etc? Any help appreciated.

You don't say what type/size of network and what type of net connection?

I doubt theres much software that will show you the reason... thats something the network admin will fill in himself

For bandwidth usage graphs try installing mrtg on the router box (or any internal machine).
