Ready to Go - credit disappeared?

I have an old ready to go phone, I had about €12 call credit on it but when I checked the credit had gone down to zero. I probalbly never used the phone for about 11 months - Can they do this?

Yup.

AFAIK your credit expires after a certain number of days on Ready To Go.

O2/Speakeasy credit doesn't expire though.
