I too am facing Junior Cert results.

    Good luck to all!

I'll be sure to post my worst results, to cheer everyone else up.

Why are we all so pessimistic and yet we went to CTYI?

Why did I ask such a STUPID question? (which answered my above question)

    Anyway...

    Gotta go!

This thread isn't as popular as I'd hoped.

I think the topic actually began off topic in another thread.

No, it started off here (unless you count the good luck wish which was given in the "Reunion" thread, but that was from me too).

Mwahahahaha, in spite of being the same age as most of you and younger than some, I did my junior cert last year. And I got 7 A's and 2 B's. The bad news is that as soon as you get into fifth year they give you so much homework that you have little time for anything else unless you make time, and MY GOD DAMN ACCOUNTS WON'T BALANCE.

I should have done History. But frankly, I'd rather die. Maybe I can kill my accountancy teacher.

    Nih.

I would also like to kill my accountancy teacher. For he is evil and we're not sure if he's serious about the whole corporal punishment thing. I would also like to kill my principal. Due to a guy being shot in our school grounds last week (nothing to do with me, natch), and a third year being kicked unconscious a day earlier, he has seen fit to post disclaimers all round the school. Oh, but the reason I wanna kill him is because he is a complete and utter f**king w***er b*****d. I also think that although he SAYS he's a Catholic priest, that he's actually a priest of Satan, as he always blesses himself upside down. But anyways, I'll probably be in a better place by next year (no, I don't mean dead, I mean in a different school), so I'll possibly put up with them.

The ONLY time my accounts balanced was in the jc itself (hence an "A").

Yeah, my school sucks... though not quite as much.

I've been thinking about my subject choices for the leavin' and was terrified to find that most were maths related (Physics, Accountancy, Economy, Applied Maths). Help me!
