The vampire one is U2, Stay (Faraway, So Close). The scratchin' one sounds like U2 and I think I've heard it but I couldn't find it in a U2 lyrics archive.

Yeah, Pop's a cool album, but its not If You Wear That Velvet Dress, and its not from Pop. Try again maybe?

Since nobody got it, and also since SOMEBODY (I'm looking at you, Mr. Sven), ripped off my idea, I'm posting the last answer:

was actually from the extended version of "One" (only ever used live), which Bono messed up in one of the Zoo TV shows. So there.
