    mmkay.
for those of you that don't know haight-ashbury is the hippy section of san fransisco. it's like the centre of all things kewl (circa 1970).

so i's having a haight-ashbury parpy. at which i'm going to prance about singing revolutionary songs and write letters to the government.

i'll be at the floozy on o'connell str. on friday the 20th (dat's this friday)at 12.
    i'll be a hippy.
and i'll be very disappionted if the rest of you aren't

I would have showed up (as I indicated in my earlier post), but Eoin informed me that it was by strict personal invitation. So I didn't. And I went somewhere else instead... surprisingly it didn't involve sleeping...

Oooh, "dead" is such a harsh word, perhaps if you could call me a person with "an unfortunate lack of cardiac motion".

In all seriousness now, am I really that irritating??

    }:>

  • Registered Users Posts: 166,026 ✭✭✭✭LegacyUser

    yes
    no,no,wait,only joking!!

I'd give my view, but he already knows it and would just ignore it. The young Whippersnapper! Pah! In my day we didn't have Whippersnappers! We had sticks! AND we made do AND were happy with 'em!

  • Registered Users Posts: 166,026 ✭✭✭✭LegacyUser

    How old ARE you?

    }:>

  • Registered Users Posts: 166,026 ✭✭✭✭LegacyUser

i thought i already knew the bitterest old man ever but i was clearly mistaken

if you don't already have one a walking stick is great for being bitter, and, ooh,a garden so you can shout at kids to get out of it while waving your walking stick
