Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Ok, lads and lasses...

After regretable mail from Howard (of which I still can't quite grasp his reasons), I suggest we move on and be more productive. The main issue here is transparcy of decisions. So here are suggestions of what to do next:

Put up a voting fascility on the web-page, allowing to vote on topics (the organisations Name in this case). Is there anything available that allows users to add a name and comment?

Concentrating focus openly: Though we discussed mostly on ie.comp, I think we should move the actual afair away from this board. Reason: The board is used for several other topics and makes it harder to follow discussions on ours. Move it to boards.ie instead.

I would say the first suggestion would be an important step, while the second suggestion just channels the information (and I already heard some people disliking web-based discussion groups).

Well, lets get on and add comments about what you think of this suggestions, and even more important, add some of your own.

    Cheers, Marco...
