Not on the topic of internet at all but just look at what we're up against:

"Up to 5000 Eircom customers have been billed for calls made to mobile phones for the October to February period in their latest bill.

Eircom says customers were not billed at the time because of a software problem but added that the calls have been made and must be paid for"

The long arm of Eircom. Ah, I remember the good old days (just barely) when the P&T would send you a bill containing a whole load of calls you hadn't made - when you phoned to complain, the conversation would go something like: "An eighty pound bill? That must be a mistake. How much do you think you owe?" "About twelve quid!" "Fine pay that, we'll just write the rest off". Good times, good times. (nostalgia just ain't what it used to be)
