Question for the Regulator: Will the Regulator ensure that all problems such as the ones mentioned in this article are solved *when* the local loop is unbundled and not in small convenient - for the Regulator - packages as Oftel are doing in the UK? Question for the Regulator:

Will the Regulator ensure that all problems such as the ones mentioned in this article are solved *when* the local loop is unbundled and not in small convenient - for the Regulator - packages as Oftel are doing in the UK?

I realise that Eircom have already agreed to co-location and the like, but will the Regulator enforce those rules strictly, imposing heavy fines when they are breached?
