Looks like Etain is fudging the issue again and sending an S.O.S. to Brussels. While the idea may be conceptually good for an EU wide Internet Tsar maybe she should concentrate her attentions closer to home in the short term. However this is worth a read in relation to the long time operative environment of the Internet in Europe. Whatever the outcome of these reccomendations they're a good ffew years down the line when you index in all the EU Red Tape.
