    Below is outline agenda for our public meeting. This agenda is not meant to be restrictive, it is only to show the items that we think need to be covered. The times allocated are only a guide to help us cover everything in the time available.

    There will be no entrance fee as such for the meeting but we will have a ‘whip round’ to cover the cost of the room – this should be about £3/£4 per head.

    Again, we would like to emphasise that a good attendance at this meeting is very important to our organisation. Apart from the work that needs to be done at the meeting, the meeting itself is also very important in raising our profile and giving us a forward impetus so we hope to see as many people there as possible.

    AGENDA

    1. (10 mins) Opening remarks by Acting Chairman

    2. (10 mins) Update on meeting with Eircom – David Long

    3. (10 mins) PR Report – Elana Kehoe

    4. (20 mins) Open discussion to give chance for attendees to give personal experiences and views on what we are and should be doing.

    5. (15 mins) Formal election of IrelandOffline committee and officers

    6. (20 mins) Discussion on IrelandOffline response from to ODTR consultative paper.

    7. (20 mins) Discusssion on seminar on 29th August.

    8. (15 mins) Any Other Business
