excellent post,
i find this interesting,

what country exactly is el, im interesting in knowing which of these countried is the only one with even less adsl access then us,

and if anybodies wondering were the .2% comes from, keep in mind, theres a .2% of error with these things

seriously, some leased lines are on adsl now, just a small number, and that ennis village they upgraded years back to adsl
