Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ihave not used my FTV card for over a week and when I tried it tonight the BBC channels were no longer available. How do I reactivate these channels? (ITV, C4 &5 are still OK).

leave the card in the box overnight and they should come back on again

I know of at least 4 people who have experienced the same problem over the last few days but is was not only the BBC's that they lost but all of their FTV channels. These cards were all been used up to a day or two previous to the switch off and all of the cards were also paired to a box, which already had an Irish sub on it. Some strange happening maybe. Another thing that I found was while they were leaving the cards in to receive their channels back, CH4 took the best part of 24 hours to come back while to others were fine after the card was left in over night.

Am I the only one who has never had probs with ftv cards? I have 2 of them, 1 is for bbcNI, and the other London.. Usually I leave one out for 3-4 weeks at a go. Possibly co-incidence with key updates at the time I put the london card in> Anyone? Ive a Panasonic dsb35 btw, great box.

I sometimes leave my card out for up to 3 weeks too and when i put it back it in, it always works. Just lucky I guess. I'm also using a Panasonic box, the best bar none.;)
