i thought there was some way in the user cp to show all the threads you've posted on and not just the ones you're subscribed to?

Click "search" just below your post (NOT on the top right of the screen). That'll bring up all your posts.

Is it possible to file/arrange the 'my posts' bit.
I just want to know what threads I have taken part in that have had additional posts since the last time I was at that thread, which may have been anything from 5mins to 1 week ago. How do I do this without using the email notification facility?
