    Couldn't think all the way back to my atari days, It's too late, but aamoi, does anyone remember that game, Gauntlet, with the elves and magicans and barbarians and stuff? That game rocked so much, and came on like 20 formats didn't it? I only remember playing it on Amiga 500 or was it the ZX Spectrum? Anyone know?

    seamus,

    Now that you mention it seamus, I remember the game well. I used to always pick the green guy coz he could shoot arrows rappidly and all that. There was more than one version of the game, and I used to play mine on the Commodore64.

    For all ye Galway headz::
    Ja know where Salt n' Peppers take away is in Salthill, back in the mid eighties, that used to be a small arcade and it had the game in it.

    Ahh those were the days that my mind was inspired, by things like simple graphics, brilliant gameplay and 2600 wasn't known as AT&Ts secret frequency used for long distance phone calls.

    ;-phobos-)
