Voodoo2 drivers for Directx8.1

My brother has a piece of shit computer with 2 x Voodoo2 cards in it, hes trying to run Warcraft3 and a few others but since 3DFX got bought out it looks like there are no drivers for it beyond directx 7. (War3 needs directx8.1) Anyone know anything could help here?
