Bandwidth Resellers?

Just wondering what other sources one can purchase a fairly reasonable size of bandwidth off here. I know of esat and eircom and am just wondering if anyone knows of any other maybe cheaper resellers?

ESB do not resell bandwidth. They provide connections.
